You will want to identify the causes in your own case so that you can pursue making the changes that will address this trauma!

Some experts say that a common cause of hair loss in women is due to the overuse of tints, dyes and bleaches. More is not always better. Frequent use of using these chemical products can weaken the hair, making it brittle and prone to breakage or loss. Another of the common causes of hair loss in women is overuse of hairdryers, which will strip natural oils from your hair.

If these causes of hair loss mentioned above fit with your profile, simply avoid those hair losers for a while, use a good hair conditioner, the right hairbrush and do a once-a-month Hair Loss Treatment with Aloe Vera worked through the hair and left for half an hour under a shower cap. Men's Hairstyle Trends for 2010

Although men are traditionally portrayed as shabby, rough-skinned individuals more interested in beer and sport than grooming, this myth is being gradually deconstructed as male grooming becomes not only an important part of the modern man's life, but also a vast and growing industry. If you like to take care of yourself and you want to update your appearance to keep up with the current trends, then getting a contemporary hairstyle is essential. Here are some of the big looks that are developing in 2010.

Buzz Cut

Wentworth Miller buzz hairstyle for male. Wentworth Miller buzz cut

A great, low maintenance classic is making a resurgence this year. The buzz cut has a militaristic heritage, but can be worn well whether the requirement is smart or casual. It is imperative to keep the cut short but completely even across the entire head. If you feel you have the skills you can even give yourself a buzz cut, but to be honest the safest route is always to put your dignity in the hands of a professional unless you have had plenty of experience with clippers.

Messy Top

Photo of Robert Downey Jr. hairstyle
Robert Downey Jr. hairstyle

People with thicker, wavier hair will probably go for this hairstyle and it seems to be fairly ageless, given that veteran actor Robert Downey Jr. has been parading this particular style of late. It essentially goes with the cropped sides, longer on top set-up that is pretty flexible and lets you make use of layers which allow for volume to be injected into the longer top section. You will probably need to get some mousse involved to achieve a messy top look that lasts and does not lie flat after a few hours. This is definitely one of the hairstyles that has a hit of personality in the 2010 line up.

Long on Top

If you have straight hair that isn`t particularly thick and cannot therefore go for the messy top, then this option is a great retro look that has come back around for 2010. You will need to have the back and sides shaved to a certain degree, but maintain a much longer top layer that dips upwards as it recedes towards the rear of the head. A centre parting can easily be integrated into this look, but you will have to maintain it with regular professional attention.

Textured Fronts

The younger guys out there might be looking to this on-trend hairstyle in 2010. It has been knocking about for a while, but it is also a resurgent classic that shouldn't require a huge amount of work. Basically the sides and back are kept relatively short, while a longer, brow-length front is cultivated with a suitable amount of texturing to provide an appropriate look that mixes class with indifference.

Whether you are a skater who is into Volcom clothing or an indie boy, this hairstyle straddles many genres. Achieving success with this hairstyle will see you adding a bit of product, preferably a wax, into your hair, so it does represent a step up from the buzz cut, but it isn't going to need hours in front of the mirror.

Bailon was born to a Puerto Rican mother and an Ecuadorian father in Lower Eastside Manhattan, New York on October 24, 1983,. She attended High School for Health Professions and Human Services. But when her girl group 3LW took off in 2001, she pursued her new profession as a singer than towards careers in health and human services.
Career
3LW (1999–2007)
In 1999, Bailon was singing in a church choir which caught the attention of popstar Ricky Martin. Martin asked for the best four singers, and Bailon was among those chosen. After this success, Bailon auditioned to join a girl group, which became 3LW.
Along with Kiely Williams and Naturi Naughton, the group signed to Epic Records and released their debut album of the same name in late 2000, which had moderate success in the U.S. Their debut single "No More (Baby I'ma Do Right)", peaked at #23 on the Billboard Hot 100, along with Playas Gon' Play which was favorable among fans but didn't share the same success of No More (Baby I'ma Do Right). The album peaked at #29 on the charts was certified platinum by the RIAA for shipping 1.3 million copies in the U.S.
The group soon began work on a second album, "Same Game, Different Rules", and the lead single, "Never Let Go" was sent to radios, however the entire album soon leaked to the internet, and Epic Records considered dropping them. Fans however led a protest, "Never Let Go of 3LW", and the act was retained. After many arguments, Naturi Naughton left the group, right before their official second album, "A Girl Can Mack" was released. The album was considered "racier" than their previous effort and dealt with negative publicity due to the departure of Naturi.
As a duo, which the tabloids nicknamed, "2LW", Adrienne and Kiely released a holiday album, "Naughty or Nice". The duo also scored a film together in Disney's "The Cheetah Girls". They shot the film the winter of 2002. After filming, Jessica Benson replaced Naturi in early 2003 and they began work on a third album, "Phoenix Rising". In 2004, they were dropped from Epic and signed to Sony and So So Def Records. Adrienne & Kiely went on to shoot two more Cheetah Girl films, as well as sign a record deal as a musical group with Sabrina Bryan.
In 2005, Sony released a compilation album, "Neva Get Enuf", before dropping them, and in 2006 "Phoenix Rising" was renamed "Point of No Return" with its lead single, "Feelin' You" ft. Jermaine Dupri being released. The album however was delayed and later scrapped, and the group was dropped from So So Def Records in 2007. They disbanded that same year.
